The “Corporate Valuations - Techniques and Modelling” training will analyse and practice a range of valuation techniques, including their appropriate application, their advantages and disadvantages. The course considers a wide range of quantitative and qualitative factors that determine valuations.

A number of case studies covering a range of industries are used to help delegates practice valuation techniques and illustrate that corporate valuation can involve a high degree of subjectivity.

This course does not extend to the analysis of banks, insurance companies or structured vehicles.
